Unnotified Cancellation of Round-Trip (Dubai–Kochi–Dubai), Zero Support, and Pending Refund (PNR Uncancelled)

I booked a round-trip itinerary with SpiceJet from Dubai to Kochi and return from Kochi to Dubai. Upon arriving at the airport for departure, I discovered that both flights had been cancelled without any prior notification or alternate travel options provided. To manage the disruption, I was forced to book alternate flights at my own expense from the airport. Furthermore: Zero Customer Support: There were no SpiceJet ground staff available at the airport, and online/phone customer support channels were completely unresponsive. Unresolved PNR: Two weeks have passed, yet my PNR remains active/uncancelled in your system. Pending Refund: I have yet to receive any refund for the cancelled flights. Given the severe inconvenience, financial burden, and lack of assistance, I request an immediate, full refund for the bookings, reimbursement for the emergency alternate flights, and formal closure of the PNR.
