As a Business Development Executive you are the first point of contact between Panchaayat and the brands that appear on the platform. You research companies, reach the right people and book demos for the sales team. Fixed pay: Fresher: Rs 5,000 for the first month (internship), then Rs 10,000 per month. Minimum 2 years of experience: Rs 15,000 per month. Monthly incentive slabs (qualified demos held in the month; the highest slab reached applies): Slab 1: 10 to 14 demos = Rs 1,500 Slab 2: 15 to 24 demos = Rs 3,500 Slab 3: 25 to 39 demos = Rs 6,000 Slab 4: 40 or more demos = Rs 10,000 Extra: Rs 1,000 for every demo you source that converts into a paid plan. A qualified demo is one held with a decision maker or influencer at a company that fits our target list. Incentives start after the one-month internship.
