🚨 URGENT UPDATE: MAHINDRA XUV700 | SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS Firstly, thank you, Team Mahindra, for finally listening to our concerns and arranging an inspection by NBS, as requested, since we have completely lost trust in Randhawa Motors. Unfortunately, the NBS inspection has revealed several serious problems: 🔴 Engine vibration and engine mounting issues 🔴 Steering noise 🔴 Clutch pedal noise 🔴 Worn-out brake pads 🔴 Suspension not functioning properly These are in addition to the previously reported issues involving the cut tyre, disconnected camera wiring, and the condition in which our vehicle was returned. I strongly believe Randhawa Motors has interfered with the brake pads and engine mounting. This requires a serious investigation. How am I supposed to feel safe driving this vehicle? How can I trust my family's safety when so many mechanical problems have been identified? We entrusted our vehicle to an authorised Mahindra service centre. None of these problems were present when we handed it over. Who is going to take accountability for this? I sincerely request your immediate intervention and major action against those found responsible at Randhawa Motors. We appreciate the inspection arranged by Mahindra, but an inspection alone is not a resolution. After discovering so many serious mechanical issues, how can we be expected to trust this vehicle again, even after further repairs? Given the circumstances, we sincerely request Mahindra's senior leadership to consider replacing our vehicle as a fair and appropriate resolution. Our greatest concern is not simply getting the car repaired. It is regaining the confidence that our family is travelling in a safe and reliable vehicle. We purchased a Mahindra because we trusted the brand. Should customers now have to worry about their family's safety after leaving their vehicles at an authorised service centre? We hope Mahindra's leadership recognises the gravity of this situation and takes meaningful action to restore the trust we once placed in the brand. #Mahindra #XUV700 #AnandMahindra #AnishShah #RajeshJejurikar #MahindraService #VehicleSafety #CustomerTrust #CustomerSafety
