Former employee still awaiting relieving and experience documents after resignation at Hansalpur plant

An Employee Deserves Dignity Even After Resignation! Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Hansalpur My friend, Amriteshvar Prasad (Staff No. 796240), was formerly employed as an FTC Employee at Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., Hansalpur Plant. He submitted his resignation on 23 April 2026 due to medical reasons. However, he is still waiting for his Resignation Acceptance Letter, Relieving Letter and Service/Experience Certificate. What is even more concerning is that he is reportedly being asked to bring someone known to him to get this matter resolved. Why should an employee need personal connections just to receive his legitimate employment documents? Professional HR processes should be transparent, fair and respectful. An employee's dignity and rights should not depend on personal references. I sincerely request the HR Management of Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. to look into this matter and help resolve it at the earliest.
