Health insurance premium raised from ₹26,326 to ₹43,343 and policy issuance delayed

I want to raise a complaint against the Aditya Birla health insurance company and Mr Akshay - Cluster Manager. Who has repeatedly done mental harassment to me and to my mother whom I have taken the Health insurance policy from your company. have taken the Aditya birla health insurance in the name of my mother Manjula Singhal through Axis Bank virtual channel located at sector 128 noida office on 12th oct 2021 and till date I have paid my premiums on time. The premium is due on 11th oct 2026 but when I checked the premium it is coming 43343 rs. Last year I paid 26326 rs so why the premium has been increased from 26326 to 43343 rs that is first thing. Secondly when I talked to the Aditya Birla representative Anshuman and his boss Akshay he said that it was the group policy which was taken and now it is converted into retail policy so that is the reason premium has been increased but why should I bear the expense. Lastly When I have paid the premium now I got the message that the refund is initiated Akshay - Cluster Manager has fooled me that the policy will be issued by Monday. Request your help in this matter. I am not getting any support from the team that is the reason I was forced to mail to IRDA Grievance team and they have asked the policy details . Mayank Bathwal I am actually being harassed now and requesting your support in getting the resolution . Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited - Highly pathetic and unprofessional behaviour and not will recommend anyone to buy the policy from here.
