Refund of ₹84,558 Pending for Non-Issued Insurance Proposal Despite Repeated Follow-ups

Aditya Birla Health Group Insurance Mayank Bathwal ...This is the limit of mental torture that the applicant has to keep following up for the refund which your so called esteemed organisation has to pay back against a non issued proposal. While applying for the insurance application you will call the customer hundred times to make a deal and once rejected you just don't bother. This is leading me to reach out to ombudsman or customer care court now. Before that I want to know the status of my refund of Rs 84558 along with interest of one month. Your customer care support is asking for transaction details of the premium payment which I believe you already have in your crm and is just a tactic to buy out time. Additionally there is no follow up from your organisation when it's a refund situation. The service number is 30227767 raised on 2nd October asking for refund which was promised to be paid back by 7th October. Looking at the prior posts on linkedin, it is quite evident that ABHICL has a history of not making refund of customer’s hard earned money and having extremely poor service standards.
