ICICI Bank failed to credit a ₹16,000 transfer sent with a wrong IFSC to a matching account and name, despite repeated complaints

I am writing to draw immediate attention to an unresolved transaction and serious service deficiency by ICICI Bank. Despite repeated follow-ups and formal complaints sent to ICICI Bank Customer Care, Grievance Redressal, Principal Nodal Officer, and Senior Leadership, my issue remains unaddressed. Key Transaction Details: Transaction Amount: ₹16,000 Transaction Date: October 29, 2026 UTR / Reference Number: HDFCH01362367432 Beneficiary Account: ICICI Bank Account ending in 6434 Issue: The remitter processed the transfer with an incorrect IFSC code, but the account number and beneficiary name (Abhishek Singh) correctly match my ICICI Bank account. Despite sharing payment proof and bank statements, the funds have still not been credited to my account. Due to this delay and the bank's failure to trace and credit the funds, I have missed a planned investment opportunity, resulting in financial loss and inconvenience.
