Attention ⛔the customer of ICICI Bank 🚨 ICICI Bank : Two Serious Questions, One Unanswered Grievance I raised a complaint against @ICICI Bank regarding the refusal to accept my cash deposit at its Siwan branch on 12 October 2026. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, the bank's response to the authorities included an email addressed to “Mrs. Kumari,” discussing a seemingly unrelated customer's account and complaint. This raises two serious questions: 1. Customer service: Why was my original complaint not properly addressed before the grievance was closed? 2. Data privacy: Why was another customer's information included in the response to my grievance? If customer information can reach an unintended recipient through official correspondence, how safe is customers' confidential data? I have blurred the identifiable details because, despite the bank's apparent failure to protect confidentiality in this correspondence, I believe every customer's privacy deserves respect. I request ICICI Bank's senior management to investigate both issues and provide a clear, written explanation.
