Defective Water Geyser and Warranty Dispute Between Manufacturer and Platform

I recently got this @myvoltas 5L instant water geyser from @Flipkart and it is not heating properly and now the technician is saying @flipkartsupport will cover 1st year warranty but flipkart is saying voltas will cover the warranty which i also believe is true, help me with it
