Poor Claim Support & Unprofessional Service from Tata AIG for Vehicle DL14CG2052 (Nissan Magnite) Dear LinkedIn Network & Tata AIG Team, I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the pathetic claim support and delayed service from Tata AIG General Insurance for my vehicle Nissan Magnite (Registration No: DL14CG2052). Despite having a valid insurance policy and fulfilling all necessary documentation requirements, I have been facing severe runarounds and absolute lack of support from your claims team. The purpose of taking comprehensive insurance is to get peace of mind during emergencies or damages, but dealing with Tata AIG has turned out to be an utterly stressful experience. Customer support has failed to provide any proactive resolution or proper updates. Is this the level of customer service and accountability we expect from a brand like Tata AIG? I urge the higher management and customer grievance team of Tata AIG to look into this urgently, expedite my vehicle claim processing, and resolve this matter at the earliest.
