Tata AIG Insurance - Disputed Windshield Damage Claim Overriding PI Inspection Report

A small stone hit my windshield and caused minor surface damage, but the glass did not crack but minor surface damage without cracking the glass, I reported the incident and raised the claim. Now the surveyor is treating dust marks as pre existing damage, even though the PI report mentions the windshield as intact. I have a few simple questions for Tata AIGn What actual evidence proves that this damage existed before the incident? If the windshield was recorded as intact in the PI report, why is that report not being considered while assessing my claim? Which specific policy clause or technical finding is being relied upon to dispute my claim? Why am I not getting a clear written response from customer care? Paying a premium is easy. Getting a transparent answer when you raise a claim should not be be this difficult.
