Tataaig Insurance Company Private Limited: WHAT IS THE POINT OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IF YOU DENY THE CLAIM WHEN CUSTOMERS NEED YOU MOST?nI am sharing this on behalf of my cousin, Lakee Likhar, and his wife, Deepa Koshta, who travelled to Bali, Indonesia, for a holiday that turned into a nightmare.nDuring an ATV ride conducted under supervision, they met with an accident. Deepa suffered serious injuries and had to undergo surgery at a hospital in Bali. They had purchased travel insurance from Tataaig Insurance Company Private Limited expecting financial protection during a medical emergency abroad. Customers pay premiums trusting your promises of protection. They should not have to fight for answers while a loved one is recovering from surgery in a foreign country. The family has obtained a statement (document shared with TATA AIG) from the ATV operator describing the supervision and safety procedures. We urge TATA AIG to review the circumstances and supporting documents fairly and explain its decision transparently.nMy message to everyone planning to buy travel insurance: THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING Tataaig Insurance Company Private Limited. Compare providers, read every exclusion, and get written clarification before purchasing a policy. Do not rely on brand names and marketing promises alone. We are asking TATA AIGs senior management to urgently reconsider this case in accordance with the policy terms and provide a clear, reasoned response. Insurance is about trust. Selling policies is easy; standing by customers during a crisis is what truly matters. If customers cannot rely on the protection they believe they purchased, they deserve answers and
