Swiggy - Competitor Packaging (Zomato) Delivered from Restaurant Spice and Manchow & Poor Escalation Support (Order #******)

SwiggyPC-2026-02630Food Delivery & Ride-hailingAnonymous ·
Hi Swiggyn This is my order ID : 251494765166462n I cannot imagine this type of service. Kindly check each and every interaction of Voice team of your customer care. And for your information, this order was from spice and manchow restaurant. Just look into the packaging. I have placed order from Swiggy and they gave me the packaging of Zomato (refer the attached photo) And still your customer care is just asking for apology. Listen, IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR BUSINESS JUST BAN THIS RESTAURANT FIRST. And yeah, train your escalation support team as well as social media team to not missed call me okay? Otherwise You willnStand in front of me in the court. #swiggy #zomato #swiggysupport
