Wrongful Co-Pay Claim Deduction and Unresponsive Resolution Delay

@StarHealthIns @star_orm @starhealth_ins our claim was wrongly deducted of 20% co-pay even the policy document & customer care confirms otherwise. We've been waiting for resolution from more than 3 hrs. This is pathetic way of dealing claims. We need to approach consumer court.
