Dear Mr. Manish Kumar and Aditya Birla Health Insurance Grievance Team, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my reimbursement claim, Claim No. ******. I have already submitted all the documents requested by your team, including the relevant OPD records, laboratory reports, and other supporting medical documents. Despite this, I am repeatedly being asked to submit additional documents that have already been provided as part of my claim submission. Initially, your team requested the OPD reports, and subsequently, laboratory reports were requested. I would like to reiterate that these documents are already included in the medical records submitted to your team. Repeatedly requesting documents that have already been provided, without properly reviewing the existing records, is causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I have also provided a clarification regarding my hospitalization at Shri Ram Hospital, explaining that I initially visited Muni Seva Hospital but did not experience significant improvement, which subsequently led to my hospitalization at Shri Ram Hospital. Despite my continued cooperation and timely submission of the requested documents, my claim remains unresolved. Furthermore, I have not received proper and timely updates regarding the current status of my claim. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing and is causing me considerable mental stress and financial inconvenience. I therefore request your team to take the following actions immediately: 1. Review all the documents and medical records already submitted with my claim. 2. Stop repeatedly requesting documents that have already been provided. 3. Provide a clear, written update on the current status of my claim and explain the specific reason for the delay. 4. If any document is genuinely outstanding, provide a complete and consolidated list of the exact documents required, along with the reason each document is necessary. 5. Expedite the claim assessment and communicate a definite timeline for its resolution. I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but the continued delay and absence of a satisfactory response are unacceptable. If your team is unable to process my claim, please provide a clear written explanation with the specific policy terms and reasons relied upon, rather than keeping my claim pending indefinitely. I expect a prompt, meaningful response and immediate action on this matter. If the issue continues to remain unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate higher grievance authorities and the Insurance Ombudsman, as applicable. Please treat this email as an URGENT ESCALATION and respond with a concrete update on my claim without further unnecessary delay.
