Dear LG Support Team,I am writing to formally escalate the unresolved issue with our LG refrigerator, registered under the name Paras, with contact numbers ****** / ******.The refrigerator was purchased on 17 October 2017, and a copy of the purchase invoice is attached. In August 2026, your technician, Sumit Kushwah (******), replaced the compressor under warranty. We paid ₹1,700 for gas refilling and related work, and payment confirmation was received by SMS. His manager/owner is Mr. Adil (******).The technician assured us that the refrigerator would function normally within 2–3 days. However, the problem persists. We were also repeatedly asked to share the repair OTP, with assurances that the technician would revisit if necessary, yet the repair remains incomplete.For the last three months, our family has faced repeated delays, frustration, and significant inconvenience in dealing with LG service representatives. The repeated assurances without an effective resolution have left us feeling harassed. A non-functional refrigerator has disrupted our daily lives, and this prolonged experience is unacceptable.LG Support provided the contact details of Branch Manager Mr. Deepak (******), who assured us that a technician visit would be arranged. Despite following up for the past 10 days, no effective action has been taken.Mr. Lokesh has been helping coordinate the matter over the past few days, and we appreciate his efforts. However, our interactions with Mr. Adil have involved repeated excuses, additional problems being raised, and requests for further charges without a clear explanation or justification.Please escalate this complaint to senior management and provide:An urgent technician visit to diagnose and properly complete the repair.The name of the person accountable for resolving this complaint.A clear action plan and committed resolution date.A written explanation of any additional charges proposed.Please acknowledge this escalat
