Pending Refund Following Bus Breakdown and Travel Disruption

Sandeep Ramesh alleges that a bus booked from Bengaluru to Srirangam broke down near Marathahalli without timely notification from redBus or the bus operator. He says he had to arrange alternative transport himself and subsequently requested a refund for the original ticket. According to his public post, repeated customer-support contacts resulted in further waiting periods without a satisfactory resolution. He requests a review of the disruption, communication failures and pending refund. These allegations have not been independently verified.
