Request for Refund After Missing Scheduled Bus

The poster alleges that they booked a 1:50 AM bus from Noida to Dehradun, could not reach the driver despite repeated calls, and were told at boarding that the bus had already departed and was approximately 30 km ahead. They request a full refund and tag redBus and the bus operator.
