Pending RC name correction after TVS Raider purchase with dealer delays and no tracking details

I need your direct intervention regarding my pending RC name correction. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. On 24 September 2026, the dealer assured me that I would receive my corrected RC within 10–15 days. However, when I contacted the dealer again, I was told that the RC would not be available yet and that I should visit the RTO and check it myself. I have not received any tracking ID, application number, or official acknowledgement to track my RC correction. When I personally visited the RTO, I was informed that the correction process had not even been submitted by the dealer. I purchased my TVS Raider on 17 March 2026 and submitted the original RC and required documents on 17 June 2026. How much longer am I expected to wait, and why should I keep running between the dealership and the RTO for this issue? I need confirmation of the application status, the tracking/application number, and an exact date for receiving my corrected RC. I cannot keep accepting new promises or visit the RTO repeatedly without any proper update. If this matter cannot be resolved through your intervention, please tell me clearly so I can proceed through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
