TVS Jupiter customer alleges life-threatening stalling issue ignored by Dombivli service centre

Dear TVS Management and Customer Care Team,nI am writing this email with deep distress, anger, and absolute disappointment regarding my TVS Jupiter 125 scooter and the pathetic, fraudulent service provided by your authorized service centre in Dombivli.nI purchased this vehicle less than a year ago with my hard-earned savings. However, within months, the vehicle started stalling and shutting off abruptly while riding. This is a severe manufacturing defect that has put my life in danger; I have narrowly escaped two fatal road accidents because the scooter suddenly turned off in heavy traffic.nDespite this being a life-threatening issue, your Dombivli service centre has treated my safety like a joke. Here is the sequence of harassment I faced:n1. First Visit: I brought the scooter with the stalling issue. The service centre claimed the issue was resolved and handed it back. The problem returned immediately.n2. Second Visit: I complained about the same issue. Instead of fixing it charged me Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 3,500, claiming the vehicle was completely fine. The issue was NOT solved.n3. Third Visit: They blindly blamed the battery, forced a battery replacement, and yet, the vehicle is STILL turning off randomly while driving.nIs this the value of a customers life and hard-earned money at TVS?
