Nykaa customer alleges Biodance mask delivered without Biodance branding

A customer publicly alleges that an order placed on Nykaa for a Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask arrived without Biodance branding, although the website listing named Biodance. The customer states they paid Rs 1,200 for 3 masks and that Nykaa, after being shown proofs, maintained it is the same product being sold. These are the customeru0027s allegations and have not been independently verified.
