Endless Product Return Delay, App Tracking Disappearance, and Missing Refund

Horrible customer service experience with NykaannI am sharing this to warn fellow shoppers about how a simple return turned into an endless nightmare.nnHere is what happened:nJuly 22: I initiated a product return on the Nykaa app.nnSeptember 3: After continuous follow-ups, the item was finally picked up—more than 40 days later!nnApp Blackout: Once picked up, all tracking details disappeared from the app.nnEmpty Promises: Customer support kept making fake promises, saying they would look into it urgently, but nothing happened.nnNo Refund Yet: Even after handing over the product weeks ago, my refund is still missing.nnWhen a trusted brand fails basic accountability like this, it is deeply disappointing. Has anyone else faced such pathetic customer service and delayed refunds from major shopping platforms?     Customer alleges their prepaid order NYK-******-3742820 is marked Delivered but they have not received the parcel. They are requesting an investigation, proof of delivery, and either delivery or a full refund.

    Nykaa order arrived as the wrong product instead of Reebok running shoes

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent order (Order ID: NYK-45375195-2611328). I ordered Reebok Zig Titanica Lite Mens Running Shoes, but instead of the ordered Reebok shoes, I received a completely different and wrong product. @MyNykaa
