Myntra return request disputed after alleged delivery of wrong Puma shoes and refund denial

FORMAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE I strongly dispute Myntra’s decision to reject my return request for receiving the wrong Puma shoes. Your decision appears to rely solely on your logistics partner’s findings, without adequately addressing my complaint. Complaint Reference: IN26100919230769925255 I hereby demand: 1. An immediate escalation and impartial re-investigation of my complaint. 2. A written explanation of the grounds for rejecting my return request, along with the relevant evidence relied upon. 3. A fair resolution, including a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please treat this matter as a formal consumer grievance. If it remains unresolved, I reserve the right to approach the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate consumer dispute redressal authority, and to pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
