Myntra delivery failed without attempt, exchange cancelled, asked to wait 6 more days, support disconnected call and gave no solution

MyntranYour customer service is an absolute joke. The delivery failed without the delivery partner even trying, my exchange got cancelled, and now I’m being asked to raise a new request and wait another 6 days? One representative even disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation!Multiple agents, endless waiting, scripted apologies, and ZERO solutions. I needed the product today, not your excuses.I’m escalating this on social media so others know exactly how Myntra treats its customers. Absolutely pathetic. Never expected this from Myntra. The exchange process is equally frustrating. In my experience, once an exchange request is raised, the product price appears to increase, leaving customers feeling pushed to cancel the exchange and place a fresh order at a higher price.
