Meesho - Delivery Delay on First Order & Inaccessible Support Handled by Repetitive AI Voice Bot

Meesho and Meesho Support This is most absurd and fraud Ecom platform running in this country. Placed my first order and experienced a very serious issue in it's order delivery and customer service. 1. order was placed around 14 oct and it still not delivered which was scheduled for delivery on 21st October. 2. When I tried to connect to it's Customer service, I was amazed that how they are fooling customers. Instead of human theyvare using an AI female voice which doesn't understand anything and repeat continuously what it thinks. Simply disgusting use of AI. It's super difficult to contact a real person for any help. I warn anyone to don't use Meesho It's a worst Ecom platform. It's a complete scam.
