Pathetic Customer Service Experience with MakeMyTrip - Refund Still Pending!!nnI am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I have had with MakeMyTrip. Since 2 August 2026, my complaint has remained unresolved, and a refund of approximately Rs 9,000 for a cancelled ticket is still pending. The cancellation was processed through MakeMyTrips customer care service, yet there has been no concrete resolution to date. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no satisfactory response or meaningful action from the company. This raises serious concerns about customer service, accountability, and the way customer grievances are handled.
