Reckless outstation cab driver, damaged luggage, and zero compensation for MMT Black member

MakeMyTrip is the worst app for planning your vacation. Their service providers, and especially their pathetic customer support team, know exactly how to ruin your entire vacation. I had a pathetic experience with their outstation cab service. MMT assigned a completely immature and reckless driver. He was driving so rashly that my luggage fell off the car carrier multiple times on the highway, and all my luggage and personal belongings got damaged. I raised a complaint about the driver and my broken luggage on 27th August 2026. After 14-15 follow-ups, and sharing all the proof of the damage, there has been ZERO action taken against the driver and ZERO compensation for my damaged luggage and belongings. This is how MMT treats its MMT Black members. If this is the treatment for loyal customers, I can only imagine how they treat regular customers. Absolutely disgusted.
