Dear LG India, is customer loyalty worth nothing to you? LG Electronics LG Electronics IndianMy TV, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, and now soundbar are all LG products. I trusted the brand I've relied on for years.nnBut my soundbar was delivered without installation. Despite multiple calls and escalations, there has been no resolution.nnBuying LG products is easy; getting LG to honour its after-sales service is a different story!nnI invested in LG because of its quality and reputation. I never imagined arranging a basic installation would become so frustrating.nnLG soundbars may deliver sound, but LG customer service has mastered the art of silence! 📢nnA loyal customer should not have to repeatedly chase a company for a service that should have been arranged in the first place.nnLG India, is this how you reward customer loyalty? Does customer care end once payment is received?nnI hope someone takes ownership instead of sending me through another round of meaningless escalations.nnExtremely disappointed. I expected better from a brand I've trusted with almost my entire household electronics portfolio.
