Kia India - Recurring DPF/Catalytic Converter Failure on Kia Sonet (75k-78k km), Missed DPF Routine Checks at Service, and ₹1 Lakh Repair Estimate by Crystal Kia Bavdhan Pune

Disappointed with my Kia Sonet ownership experience. After 5 years and just 75,000–78,000 km, my Kia Sonet is facing a recurring DPF/catalytic system issue, with the authorised service centre recommending repairs costing over ₹1 lakh. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns with Kia India, I continue to be redirected to the same service provider, Crystal Kia Bavdhan, Pune. My concerns about the missed routine DPF check and the issue appearing immediately after servicing remain unanswered. I expected better reliability, service accountability, and customer support from Kia. I urge Kia India to independently investigate this matter and provide a fair resolution instead of simply redirecting me to the dealership.
