Poor service and unresponsive Bangalore service centre for repeat Mahindra XUV700 buyer

Is it a mistake that I trusted Mahindra Motors and purchased XUV700 the second time to face such poor service, unheard of customer care or should I say zero care. The service Center here in Bangalore-Anant Motors doesn’t care a hoot, go and complain to anyone, we don’t care, we will not take your calls, nor return your calls.
