Malfunctioning BLDC Fan and Unresolved PCB Replacement by Havells

On 30 sep i bought a new BLDC+ fan from havells gallery which found with malfunction since installation, havells galary refused to give any support and suggested these fans are good only if you install them in an ac room. further to customer care the complaint on 1 oct on the technician confirmed that the PCB needs to be replaced. it's been more than 5 days afterwards, no technician has visited us, despite regular requests to call the centre. technical team is auto cancelling visit request without visiting and mentioning customer not available. I want an immediate refund to the product and suggest no one to buy product from havells india with this pathetic after sales service.
