Extremely disappointed with @Havells India's customer service!nI purchased a Havells water motor on 20 June 2026, and within just four months, the same water leakage issue has occurred three times, despite repeated service visits and repairs.nWhat's even more frustrating is that no one is willing to take responsibility for resolving the issue. Every time I reach out, I'm redirected from one person to another, with no ownership, no accountability, and no permanent solution. I have contacted multiple people and customer support, yet I'm still struggling to get a genuine concern addressed.nAnil Rai Gupta, I'm tagging you because your company is failing to deliver the customer service and accountability that customers deserve. Is this really how a reputed brand like Havells treats its customers after they purchase its products?nA company should have a senior representative who can take ownership of such cases, intervene when regular support fails, and ensure a proper resolution instead of making customers run from one person to another.nI cannot keep taking time off work for repeated technician visits and the same issue recurring again and again. I paid for a reliable product, not repeated repairs, unnecessary stress, and endless follow-ups.nI am not looking for another temporary repair. I am demanding a replacement for this repeatedly faulty motor and a clear resolution from someone who is willing to take responsibility.
