Havells India Ltd - Unresolved Customer Service Issue & Lack of Accountability After Repeated Escalations

Havells India Ltd This post is being made publicly after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve an issue through Havells' regular customer support and escalation channels. Despite being a long-standing customer who trusted the Havells brand for quality and reliability, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. The concern raised remains unresolved, responses (where received) have been non-committal, and there has been no clear ownership or accountability for closure. What is most concerning is not just the issue itself, but the absence of a time-bound, responsible response, even after repeated follow-ups. This is not acceptable for a brand of Havells' stature. This escalation is made with the expectation of: Immediate senior-level intervention Clear accountability A definitive timeline for resolution Customer trust is built not on marketing alone, but on how organisations respond when things go wrong. Silence and delay erode that trust far faster than the original issue. I hope Havells leadership takes cognisance of this post and ensures the matter is addressed promptly and professionally.
