Disappointing After-Sales Service by Haier India — 3 Days and Still Waiting for Installation!nnI purchased a Haier washing machine, expecting a smooth purchase and professional after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.nnIt has been 3 days since the purchase, and nobody has turned up for installation. Every time I call the service centre in Mancherial, I am given excuses and the installation is postponed again.nnIs this the level of customer service Haier provides after taking a customer's money?nnA brand's reputation is not built merely on selling products. It is built on customer support, timely installation, and taking responsibility when customers need assistance. Repeated excuses and unfulfilled commitments are unacceptable.nnThis experience has seriously affected my confidence in Haier. Based on my personal experience, I would hesitate to recommend Haier to others unless the company takes its after-sales service seriously.nnI urge Haier India's management and customer service leadership to intervene, arrange the installation immediately, and address the service failures at the Mancherial service centre.nnCustomers deserve accountability, not repeated excuses.
