We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction and serious concern regarding the consistently poor performance of Delhivery’s Customer Support Team and Support Managers. Despite repeated complaints, follow-ups, and escalations, the support team has failed to provide satisfactory assistance or timely resolutions. The current support system appears ineffective, lacks accountability, and is causing unnecessary operational difficulties and customer dissatisfaction. Specific unresolved support failures include:Repeated non-resolution of complaints: Issues remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and escalation requests.No meaningful response: Support representatives often fail to provide clear, relevant, and actionable updates.Ineffective support management: Support Managers have not ensured satisfactory resolution or accountability for pending cases.Excessive delays: Complaints continue to remain pending without clear resolution deadlines.
