Delhivery pickup status not updated; customer alleges intimidation during repeat return pickup for Nykaa Fashion order

NYKAA FASHION: IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? I am beyond frustrated with Nykaa Fashion.I ordered a SOCH Purple Chanderi Suit on 29 September 2026 (Order ID: 44993041-1858509), but received a completely different product. My return was rejected despite photographic evidence, forcing me to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline before my return was approved. On 9 October, the product was collected, but the app still showed “Out for Pickup.” Pickup representative’s contact number: ******. Delhivery is this how you are working across India ?? On 10 October, another pickup representative arrived. When I told him the product had already been collected, he told me to cancel the return, demanded a cancellation OTP, threatened that my Nykaa account would be ceased, and made a remark to the effect that he would see me next time if he had to face consequences. I felt intimidated at my own doorstep. Delhivery is this your employee treat an alone woman at the doorstep ? Delhivery when on 9th of October the pickup was actaully made but the pick up person cut call several times and didn’t update the pic up has done on that day and returning again on the next day asking for the same product for pick up , is this you call professionalism ? Delhivery shame on your service NykaaFashion shame on your service Tanuj Dhingra I expect a fast resolution on this . I have made two NCH complaint opened for further legal process if not resolved amicably. How is this acceptable? I demand an immediate investigation, written confirmation of collection, and my refund without further harassment. I want accountability, not excuses. I am not asking for a favour.
