Nykaa, NykaaFashion, Nykaa Fashion , Delhivery, Delhivery Support Adwaita Nayar, Jennifer Irani, Gyan Ujjwal, Tanuj Dhingra, Chinmay Tambe — STOP PASSING THE BUCK. I WANT MY REFUND, NOT EXCUSES. I am exhausted by this ordeal. I ordered a SOCH Purple Chanderi Suit (Order ID: 44993041-1858509) but received a completely different product. After my return was rejected, I had to approach NCH to get it approved.The product was physically collected on 9 October 2026. Yet, on 10 October, another pickup representative arrived and allegedly pressured me to cancel the return, demanded a cancellation OTP, threatened that my Nykaa account would be ceased, and made an intimidating remark. NykaaFashion asked me not to engage with further pickup requests and to wait 48 hours. I agreed. Now Delhivery Support apologises on LinkedIn for a “delayed reverse pickup.” THIS IS NOT A DELAYED PICKUP. THE PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN COLLECTED! Delhivery — Why should a woman allegedly face intimidation at her own doorstep? NykaaFashion, why must customers endure this through your logistics partner? Three phone numbers in my household are associated with Nykaa/ NykaaFashion, each spending over ₹2 lakh annually. Is this how loyal customers are treated? I WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANOTHER PICKUP. I HAVE ALREADY RETURNED THE PRODUCT. I WANT MY REFUND. No more excuses or blame games. Investigate the alleged misconduct, correct your records, and refund my money. My NCH docket will remain open until resolution. I will file a separate NCH complaint against Delhivery and approach the Consumer Commission if necessary. As a lawyer, I am prepared to pursue every available remedy. I will keep raising this publicly until resolved.The product is with your logistics chain. My money is still with you.
