Delhivery pickup not attempted despite multiple requests, shipment marked “Not Received from Client”

Delhivery Is this what you call professional logistics service? I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of a single pickup request by Delhivery. Here’s what happened: Pickup requested since 5 October. More than 4 pickup requests raised for the same shipment, yet nobody arrived at the pickup location. Not even a single call from the pickup executive to collect the material or coordinate the pickup. Emails sent, but no proper response or resolution. Support ticket still unresolved, despite repeated follow-ups. And finally, without even attempting the pickup, the shipment was marked as “Not Received from Client. ”Seriously, Delhivery? How can you hold the client responsible for a failed pickup when your team hasn't even attempted to collect the shipment? What is the purpose of raising tickets and sending emails if nobody responds, no one takes ownership, and issues remain unresolved? This is not just a delay anymore. It is a clear failure of coordination, accountability, and customer service. I'm attaching screenshots of the email communication and the pickup-related details as evidence. The ticket ID is J1791559211185057. Delhivery, I expect answers to three simple questions: Why was the pickup not attempted despite multiple requests? Why was the shipment incorrectly marked as “Not Received from Client”? Why has nobody responded to the emails or resolved the ticket?
