Rapido driver abused rider mid-trip, refused route, and fare charged above quoted price

My name is Megha . I travel from Dwarka, Delhi to Okhla Bird Sanctuary 8 days a month. Today morning also I booked a Rapido ride. Before the ride, the driver asked me where I wanted to go. I said Okhla Bird Sanctuary, so he said okay ma'am, come a little ahead. I said, brother, I cannot come ahead, please come to the society gate. Then I sat in the car. Halfway, he says, I am going towards Noida, I don't want to go there, Okhla is in Delhi. He abused me, called me a bitch in the middle of the road and said he will not go. Then I called the police. Scared of the police, he said he will take me. I said I will not go, what if you do something to me? Then with the help of the public, one brother sat with me in the cab, and then I reached Okhla Bird Sanctuary. It was a horrible experience. I dropped a message to customer service about this, but there has been no reply . This means Rapido is not safe for girls at all. And this is my horrible experience.And before booking Rapido, it was showing Rs. 460, but I paid Rs. 600. After today I will never book Rapido again #rapido
