Complaint about alleged duplicate U.S. Polo Assn shoes received from Amazon India and refund request

#amazonindia I had ordered this pair of shoes on 06-07-2021 right after it caught my eyes. Inspite of it being costly, I still ordered it with the expectation of getting a quality product as the brand it showed was *U.S Polo Assn*. But but but, hold my beer.. all that glitters is not gold. This was an utter duplicate product, worse than the one's being sold on the streets. Amazon has always been my go to site for all my shopping needs. I don't understand how can a brand like Amazon cheat their customers to this extent. The integrity, loyalty, trust built up all these years got washed away in a fraction of second as soon as I got the first glance of it. How can you guys compromise with customer satisfaction to this level? I don't usually post such reviews, but receiving the right product on time was crucial to me this time, so you can imagine the level to which I am disappointed.I had also checked the images posted in the reviews. And trust me, it looked much better than the one I received.. Makes me feel those reviews were also paid reviews just to promote this product. Only had they posted genuine photos, I would have easily identified the ambiguity and this mishap would not have happened with me. @amazon.india I expect an answer to this foolishness and an actual branded product. Or if you cannot afford to sell the original product at this price then kindly refund me the entire amount. If I don't get it, I would not spread hate comment, but I will make sure that I do not purchase anything from you in future, no matter how much tempting the deal maybe.
