Is This Really How Amazon Treats Its Sellers During the Festive Season?nnWe pay Amazon fees and charges to grow our business, sell products, and access the opportunities available on the platform. But when we need support during the most important sales season of the year, this is the experience we are facing.nnOur product is already in FBA, and we are trying to secure a Deal Tag to make the most of the festive season. We have repeatedly tried contacting our assigned account manager through calls and messages, but we are not receiving any response.nnThe festive season waits for no one. Every day of delay means losing valuable sales opportunities.nnIf sellers are paying fees and charges for Amazons services and account management, is it unreasonable to expect timely communication and support when it matters the most?What is the point of having an assigned account manager if sellers cannot reach them when urgent action is required?nnSellers invest money, time, and effort into growing their businesses on Amazon.
