Extremely disappointed with the delivery service from @Amazon India tonight.I placed an urgent #AmazonNow order for a pair of boAt Airdopes 219 (Order ID: #407-7250800-8993157). Within less than an hour, the app status was updated to "Your order was delivered!"—yet absolutely nothing has reached my doorstep.I’ve checked with gate security, looked around, and tried reaching out to both customer support and the delivery partner. Total radio silence.It is incredibly frustrating when delivery partners fake a delivery scan to meet their internal timelines, leaving the customer completely stranded and out of pocket.Hoping the escalation team at Amazon catches this and resolves it immediately.
