Zomato customer alleges only Rs 103 promo code offered against Rs 1,540 spilled order, refund denied

Hi Zomato Care Deepinder GoyalnThis is regarding Order ****** worth Rs 1,540 on 30 Sept, which arrived completely spilled and was therefore rightly rejected not because change of mind.nnYet, instead of refunding the full amount, you have issued a pathetic Rs 103 promo code. You have no rights to eat my hard earned money.nnI informed this concern to your customer care thrice but no solution. Even wrote at ******, ****** but no acknowledgement yet. Your last customer executive even denied to share the grievance email id. False claim was made that superior will call me but never received any call. This is how pathetically you treat your customers.nnIf you have any doubts about my claim, please put the delivery agent on a call with me and let him clarify the actual condition of the order when it was delivered.
