Loud noises in a 2017 Tata Tiago bought from Spinny and service visit with no inspection

Extremely Disappointed with Spinny – Regretting My First Car Purchase I purchased a 2017 Tata Tiago from Spinny, expecting a reliable car and good after-sales service. Unfortunately, this experience has turned into a nightmare. This was my first car, and I am already regretting my decision to buy it from Spinny. First, I had to get the headlights changed. Within just a week, the car started making extremely loud and unbearable noises. The noise while engaging reverse gear is terrible, and even the first gear makes disturbing noises. I visited Car Hub and also approached Spinny's service centre, expecting them to inspect the car and help resolve the issues. Instead, I felt completely ignored. Despite repeatedly requesting them to check the car properly, they did not provide the assistance I expected and sent me away without addressing my concerns. The biggest disappointment is Spinny's post-purchase behaviour. Selling a car is one thing, but taking responsibility and helping customers when problems arise is what truly matters. I am now worried about visiting the service centre again because I fear I may be asked to pay extra just to get these issues checked. A first car should be a happy milestone, not a source of stress, regret, and unexpected problems. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend Spinny to anyone based on the treatment I have received so far. Spinny, I still need help. I expect your team to inspect my car properly, explain the cause of these noises, and provide a clear resolution under the applicable warranty or service terms. I hope someone from your management team takes this complaint seriously instead of ignoring another customer.
