Tarun Chugh Bajaj Life Sanjiv Bajaj Baresh Kumar Dear Bajaj Life Insurance Team, I am raising this concern on behalf of Mr. Baresh Kumar regarding his Bajaj Life Magnum Fortune Plus II Goals policy purchased under SISO with a monthly premium of ₹5,000. We submitted the free-look cancellation request at your Hoshiarpur branch on 7 September 2026. Your Operations Team assured us that the refund would be credited within 3–4 days. However, even after more than a month, the refund has not been received. When your own team provides a timeline and fails to honour it, how can customers trust the company with their hard-earned money? Is this the customer experience Bajaj Life wants to deliver? Such delays and unfulfilled assurances create a negative impression and seriously affect customer confidence.
