When an insurance claim remains unresolved, who is accountable for answering the family?I am publicly raising a serious concern regarding the handling of an unclaimed insurance amount by Bajaj Life Insurance.The matter concerns the policy of my late mother, Mrs. Amita Halder. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, I have not received a clear and satisfactory update on the claim.I am requesting the intervention of Tarun Chugh (Managing Director amp; CEO), @Gaurav Sadana (Grievance Redressal Officer), and Bajaj Life Life Insurance to resolve this matter.I understand that verification is necessary before an insurance claim can be settled. However, repeated follow-ups without a clear response leave the claimants family uncertain about the status of the matter.I request the senior leadership and grievance redressal team to provide:A written update on the current status of the claim.A consolidated list of any pending documents, along with the reasons they are required.A clear explanation for the delay.A specific timeline for completing verification and settling the eligible amount.I have made multiple attempts to obtain a response. Continued silence does not provide the transparency or accountability a claimants family deserves.I request Bajaj Life Insurances leadership to intervene, review the case, and provide a formal written response with a clear resolution timeline.An insurance companys responsibility extends beyond collecting premiums.
