Consumer Awareness | Product Discrepancy – Flipkart Minutes I ordered a 45W power adapter from Flipkart Minutes, but the model and serial numbers on the packaging do not match those printed on the adapter. The adapter also has no wattage information printed on it. I contacted Flipkart Customer Support, but my request for a return or replacement was refused, and I was advised to visit the brand’s service centre. My complaint: Flipkart must investigate this discrepancy and provide a return and refund or a replacement with a verified product that matches the advertised specifications. A message to all online shoppers: Always check the product model number, serial number and specifications against the packaging and product listing immediately after delivery. If you notice any mismatch, take photographs, keep your invoice and report the issue to customer support in writing. Customers should not have to compromise on product transparency or struggle to obtain a fair resolution. Flipkart, I request a clear explanation and a proper resolution of this complaint.
