Extremely disappointed with Flipkart Minutes support! 🚨 I recently ordered a Dubstep Flickstick Smart Selfie Stick via Flipkart Minutes (Order ID: #OD338987454519322500) and received a completely damaged/broken product. While the speed of delivery under "Minutes" is appreciated, the customer support mechanism is entirely broken. I have been struggling for more than an hour to get assistance: • The support page on the app takes forever to load. • After waiting for over 40 minutes, the image upload option finally appeared. • Now, the application is failing to upload the product image for the last 30 minutes (showing 'Failed! Retry'). For a service marketed on speed and convenience, a broken support interface makes resolving genuine issues impossible. Looking forward to a quick response and resolution from the team.
