IM UNINSTALLING Swiggy Instamart !!!nnI cant believe Im writing this on LinkedIn! Because Im so frustrated.nnI had ordered household items from Instamart and an item worth Rs. 548 was missing.nDespite calling the delivery agent and trying to chat several times with the customer care agents, nothing was resolved. They denied accountability and gave stupid answers.nnNeither was the product delivered nor the money was returned. This is how these so called million dollar companies operate. Based on cheap labour, pathetic customer service, and looting regular customers without any accountability.nThis is the second time something like this happened to me on Swiggy Instamart!nAt least other companies have accountability!nnI have uninstalled the application and writing this as a caution for you all to not trust this company.
