SpiceJet - Flight Preponed by 6 Hours Without Consent via Yatra, No Support or Refund for SG 646

Extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service of SpiceJet Limited and Yatra Online Ltd.nnI recently booked a flight via Yatra. Without my consent, SpiceJet preponed the flight by 6 hours. When trying to resolve this, I was met with complete apathy:nn1️⃣ SpiceJet customer care agents were abrasive, unhelpful, and refused support under the pretext of a "group booking," deflecting responsibility back to the OTA.n2️⃣ Yatra's helpline disconnects calls after a 10-minute hold, and support tickets/emails are met with dead-end automated responses.nnUnilateral schedule changes of this scale without passenger consent violate basic service commitments, and the "ping-pong" game between airlines and OTAs needs to stop.nnSharing this to highlight how legacy platforms fail consumers when things go wrong.
